On site we discuss your vision and provide our input, design ideas and suggestions. In consultation with you we are then able to provide you with a unique 3D computer model enabling you to easily visualise your finished project. Changes to the design model can be made to ensure the plan completely meets your expectations. This eliminates the extra costs associated with alterations and provides you with peace of mind that the whole team knows exactly what you expect.

Once the design is complete we take on full responsibility for project management including:

• Obtaining trade discounts
• Selecting and hiring reputable builders
• Negotiating cost of work

• Arranging insurance / warranties
